Four decades of experience. A new audience.
From student pilot to fighter pilot, instructor, examiner and Chief Pilot, aviation has shaped the way I think about leadership, teamwork and performing under pressure. Today, those experiences provide the stories I bring to the stage.
Early Inspiration
Flying fighter aircraft had been a boyhood ambition for as long as I can remember. Meeting the legendary Battle of Britain pilot Sir Douglas Bader at my school Speech Day in 1977 only strengthened that ambition.
